ABOUT GRACE
- Doctor type: Doctor of Pharmacy
- Culinary specialty/skill: Uh… pass...
- Favorite food: Pasta. I do love me some carbs.
- Favorite sweet thing: Green tea ice cream, for realz. I would eat anything matcha-flavored.
- Favorite cheese: Currently, cheese curds. But I'll eat almost any cheese. Almost.
- Weirdest Thing I've Eaten: Snake, I had it in a soup in Taiwan. I also watched them kill it. That was an experience...
- Favorite late-night snack: Salt and vinegar Lay’s Stax. No, not Pringles. Stax are heartier and give a more satisfying crunch.
- Favorite cookbook or food-related book: Mindless Eating, by Brian Wansink, Ph.D. Because I’m a huge nerd.
- If you could be on any reality TV cooking competition: Chopped. I’d probably be chopped after Round 1 because I’m not a good cook and I can’t handle the overwhelming time pressure, but it would be fun to try.
- Culinary greats you’d love to meet: Alton Brown!!!!! He just seems like an awesome crazy scientist. I love watching his show because he incorporates food science and history into it and he’s cheesy, like me. Plus, he’s a fellow UGA-alum and Whovian.
- Hobbies (other than food): Music, reading, and swimming.
